  I used to like this location, but our order has been incorrect several times going through the drive-thru. We had a girl leave our sandwiches on the counter and disappear while at the drive-thru and waited a full 5 minutes for another person to get on the register and give us our drive-thru order. The bag was literally just sitting on the counter for the entire duration we sat there and the first girl left the window AFTER the order was already complete. Why she couldnt hand us the bag, I have no clue. And today there was a dead fly in my boyfriend's salad. He had already been eating it when he discovered the corpse beneath a lettuce leaf. Earlier this week a girl working the drive thru window had a very large and visible open wound on her arm that was not bandaged. I really hope she was not handling food. This location clearly doesn't care about cleanliness and food safety or even customer service. I previously complained to corporate and was told they would send me free sandwich vouchers and never received them... So, as much as I enjoy the skinny mushroom melt, I might just have to go to a different sandwich chain from now on. Super disappointing from a local company.
