  My husband, 2 small children and I made 6 o'clock reservations and got seated right away. We were seated by Jasmine right by the edge of the restaurant facing the mall. It was our first time there and my husband politely asked if we could be seated by the gorillas or anywhere else with some action (By the way, the restaurant was maybe half full). Jasmine, who was carrying the highchair and booster seat SLAMMED them both down and went on her microphone saying that we wanted a "different route"; Which is cute because of the whole safari-rainforest theme, but-sorry not sorry we're basically paying for the atmosphere and we have two small children that want to see it and you're trying to sit us, looking at the mall that we have been at all day and we don't want to look at it anymore-we just want to sit at at different table! Our sever and service was great. Jasmine was rude. Maybe she was just having a bad day? I don't know. I have been in the service industry for almost 20 years and that kind of attitude would not be acceptable at my places of employment.

  I haven't been here in years but we had a blast! My 9 month old daughter was going crazy over the animatronics! She was paying so much attention to everything around her that she didn't fuss until we stopped feeding her the mashed potatoes! I highly recommend getting one of their 21oz specialty drinks to get the free glass! Our server was phenomenal. I do miss the fish in the tanks but I understand why they got rid of them. Even though this place was pricey I feel that we didn't pay anymore money than any other high end restaurant. The food was great and perfectly spicey. Then we went to the gift shop and got my daughter a stuffed animal and a book. She loves both!

  We were celebrating our 2 year anniversary and wanted to do something fun so we came here. We waited to be seated for about 10 minutes, still nobody came. Another 10 minutes goes by and someone finally seated us, then we had to move to a different seat for some reason. We were looking over the menu for 20 minutes, still nobody came to ask for drinks, we got strange looks from staff which was rude. We got up and left after a half an hour of waiting for nothing. Very disappointed never coming here again. Staff needs better training.

  Completely disappointed!! I've never eaten here before so my fiancee and I decided to take our kids and have a great experience but we had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever! First there was a 35 min wait and on top of that we have to stand around in a heavily crowded gift shop with over priced things. So we're waiting and waiting to be seated and it had been more than 40 minutes so I asked the girl at the stand how much longer it was going to take and she looks at what time she wrote on our ticket and says "Oh I thought we sat you already?" And I said "no, nobody called my name" so she says OK go ahead to the hostess and she'll seat you. We're walking to our table and she sits us at the most ridiculous spot I don't think anyone would wanna sit at, the table right by the kitchen where the waiters are coming out with food and drinks out of all the open tables that were available and I had asked for a booth. We tell her we weren't sitting there and we wanted a booth so she sat us at a half booth half table in the bar area. We were greeted by our waiter and asked what we liked to drink he said he'd be back with them so we waited for over 10 minutes and we still didn't have our drinks so we decided to get up and walk out. Everything was horrible but the atmosphere. We will never go back!!

  Completely disappointed in this restaurant and we didn't even make it pass the waiting list. 2 hour wait unless you wanted to pay $25 to become a member and get upgraded to a 20 minute wait. Ridiculous that you have to pay to get in at a decent wait time. Way to nickel and dime families. No fish in the tanks. But don't worry if your in the area and looking for a great place to eat and have a great experience head over to UNO pizzeria and grill.
